Our History
Peruvian cuisine is a blend of various flavors and culinary techniques—incorporating influences from nearly every continent over the past 500 years. Centuries ago, the arrival of European and Asian immigrants facilitated the integration of their ingredients and traditions with those of the locals. This intertwining over the years made what we now call Peruvian cuisine.
